In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the api77 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. api77 enforces a strict minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practice. The Company reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify a Player's age. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all funds will be returned to the deposit source, and all winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited.
2. Jurisdiction: You must not be physically located in, nor a resident of, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when placing any bet or wager. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise prohibited from entering binding contracts are not permitted to register.
4. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the api77 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using aliases, proxies, or third-party identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5. Not a Company Employee or Associate: Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of api77 or its affiliated entities are not eligible to register as Players.

To access real-money betting and gaming on api77, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is truthful and that you will keep such information up to date throughout the life of your Account.

All financial transactions on the api77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). api77 does not charge Players any transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which api77 accepts no responsibility.

api77 offers a range of promotional bonuses designed specifically for Indonesian players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), BRI Liga 1 tournament specials, and slot cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

1. Each promotion is available to eligible Players only once unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using staking patterns designed to artificially satisfy Wagering Requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit offer mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
2. Bonuses credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion's terms before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
3. api77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already accrued by Players who have met the entry conditions of a promotion prior to its withdrawal.
4. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirements, api77 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings attributable to that bonus from the withdrawal prior to processing.
5. Bonus funds cannot be used in conjunction with the Responsible Gaming deposit limit override feature and cannot be transferred between Accounts.

All bets and wagers placed on the api77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific rule and these general Terms, the sport-specific rule shall prevail for that particular market.

api77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment; it should never be treated as a source of income or engaged in when under emotional or financial duress. The Company provides a range of self-management tools accessible from every Player's Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time-Out: Configure automatic session breaks of 30, 60, or 120 minutes to encourage regular intervals away from the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or a permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During an exclusion period, the Player's Account is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

All content published on the api77 Platform — including but not limited to the api77 brand name, logo, domain name, software, website design, graphics, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence expressly prohibits: (a) reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content; (b) scraping, data-mining, or extracting odds data or game content by automated means; (c) using the api77 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, api77 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or connected to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• Changes to applicable law that render your use of the Platform unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

api77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Operation of multiple Accounts or use of third-party identities;
• Suspected involvement in fraud, match-fixing, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of cheating;
• Suspected money laundering or financing of unlawful activities;
• Underage gambling (Player found to be under 21 years of age);
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Company staff or other Players;
• Regulatory requirement or order from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violation. Real-money balances unrelated to the breach will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending bet settlements, withdrawal requests, or outstanding KYC obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

1. Internal Resolution: Players must first submit their dispute in writing to our support team at [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal resolution process, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under api77's international gaming licence.
3. Jurisdiction: Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local regulations. api77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction; access is at the Player's own risk and discretion.

api77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 10.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. api77 maintains a version history of all material amendments; prior versions are available upon written request to our support team.
